Pat Quinn today signed a law aimed at protecting consumers before they buy a dog or cat that might come from a breeding mill. READ FULL ARTICLE In an interview with Jasper, Livehonestly reporter, B.Seeton asked Jasper about his reaction to the new law, "It's a step in the right direction," Jasper said, "... though I don't like the fact that the law is aimed at protecting the human consumer versus the victims -- the dogs and cats -- who are terribly abused by certain breeders. But I don't want to seem ungrateful."
